Chia seeds is super food, full of fibre. As suggested by dietician, I bought NutroVally chia seeds and I am happy with the purchase. Chia seeds are of good quality, a mix of black and white chia seeds with no dirt. Packaging is also good. With ziplock pack we need to transfer seeds into another container.

Worth every penny
Chia seeds are rich in protein which helps in reducing appetite and reduce body fat. These are good quality chia seeds, the packaging is good, the quantity is enough. This is my fifth or sixth order. And I'm damn sure I will order this again.
