Terrible product

Firstly, next day after delivery a lady called me from oakcraft chairs and told call is regarding warranty registration, she tried to log into my Flipkart account and asking OTP which comes from Flipkart.she is telling if I need warranty I need to give 5 stars, After using for 1 week I can say, chair is below average for this price. Better quality chairs of same model type is available with other manufactures, Local chair and local materials.
