The chair is really amazing. Even I am getting all the assembly support from the helpline number.
After 6 months two of my wheel got damaged, so on informing the customer care they have parcelled me 5 wheels altogether and talked to me very nicely.
I will certainly recommend to buy this chair.

Overall a good chair , quality can be improved , hand rests are a little bit wobbly but overall a nice and comfortable chair , using it for a few weeks now , till now no major issue noticed , assembling it is a job of 2 people so don't try to assemble alone as you will struggle with it.
