Kerala Egg curry, also known as Mutta curry, is made with tomatoes, onions, spices, coconut milk, and eggs.
Ingredients of Kerala Egg Curry
4 Boiled Eggs,1 Chopped Onion,1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste2 Tomatoes,3 tbsp Okhli Musal Brand Egg Curry Masala,1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder(optional),1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder(optional)
How to Make Kerala Egg Curry
1. Add oil in a pan and heat it.
2. Now add mustard seeds and onions and ginger garlic paste.
3. Cook till onions are soft. Now add tomato puree, and cook it.
4. Next, Add Okhli Musal Brand Egg Curry Masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt (Optional). Mix them well.
5. Take boiled eggs, slit them from middle and add it in the pan. Let all the flavours combine.
6. Add a dash of coconut milk and let it boil.
