The company's responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing, free of cost, any parts found defective due to manufacturing or workmanship during the warranty period. The company's decision to repair or replace will be final, and any replaced parts will become the property of the company. All labor costs for such repairs or replacements will be covered by the company.
