Q:Does it include NDMA Guidelines in the Disaster Management portion?
A:The book gives an overview of various bodies including NDMA,SDMA,NDRF etc but there is no mention of guidelines.

Q:What is the difference between 3rd edition and 5th edition?? Is it necessary to buy 5th edition if one has 3rd edition??
A:Not necessary. Some new topics included in the latest edition otherwise it is same as 3rd edition. If you already have 3rd edition then you should not buy this one otherwise it is better to buy this 1

Q:is it different from the 1st edition or 1st edition is sufficient?
A:New chapters and topics like isis recent developments in terrorism and their measures is added in this edition If you can cover all these thing by other means then 1st edition is enough.
