Small and Easy
A single multi-functional button can do wonder.
Just press it for 2 seconds, it'll start, press for another 3 seconds (5 secs in totall), it'll give the reading in Celsius, hold on for 2 more seconds, (7 in total) and the reading is in Fahrenheit. That solved my frustration of converting the Celsius into Fahrenheit.

Trouble changing scale to Fahrenheit? Try this...
1. Turn off the thermometer.
2. Remove cell from the back, wait for few minutes.
3. Put the battery back into the thermometer.
4. Turn on the thermometer, keep the power button pressed for 7 seconds, scale would now change from C to F.
Hope it helps, it worked for me. Bought it online from somewhere else but got it replaced as I couldn't change the scale to Fahrenheit too, second unit that i received had the same...
