Summary of the Book
Monkey D. Luffy and his crew members are the only ones who stand between the New Fish-Man Pirates and their plan of ruling Fish-Man Island. Luffy and Hody are locked in a great battle in the waters above the island, and the other crew members fight their own battles within. However, time is running out. The Ancient Ark, Noah, is falling towards Fish-Man Island and it will destroy the island if someone doesn’t stop it. Can Luffy stop Hody in time to destroy the Ark, or will someone else manage to stop it?
About Eiichiro Oda
Eiichiro Oda is a Japanese Mangaka best known as the creator of the One Piece manga series. Besides this series, Oda has also worked on Wanted!, God's Present for the Future, Monsters, Romance Dawn and Taste of the Devil Fruit.
One Piece has since been adapted into an award-winning anime series, several direct-to-video movies, and one animated movie which was released in theatres across Japan and the United States. Eiichiro Oda is a self-professed fan of the works of Akira Toriyama and considers Dragon Ball one of the inspirations for his series. He has worked with Toriyama-sensei on Cross Epoch, a crossover manga series involving One Piece and Dragon Ball Z characters.

Series Reading Order
Next, the Fish-Men must decide how to move on from their trauma and accept humanity. However, there’s another problem. Luffy and the others have angered a rather short-tempered member of the Four Emperors. The series continues in Volume 66, The Path Towards The Sun.
