This microwave has been worth the buck in terms of quality, design and performance. The demo representative (whom flipkart arranged on my behalf immediately post delivery) wasn't of much use so I resorted to reading the manual and it has been extremely easy since then. Don't buy ONIDA products, i bought through flipkart and now the problem is, as per ONIDA authorized service center they have stopped all touch models, mine is touch model ovan and having problem in key pad, but authorized service center is saying i have to through the product since no part is available. PATHETIC COMPANY.
