Method of Preparation: Measure 200 ml of pre-boiled water (room temperature) and pour into a clean container. Take 6 levelled scoops (approx. 50g) of OPTIFAST POWDER. Use only the enclosed scoop. Gradually add powder to the water and stir briskly until the powder has completely dissolved. The total feed volume would be approx. 244 ml for weight loss. Storage: Tear off the rings. Close the cap tightly after each use. Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. After opening the pouch, consume the contents within 4 weeks.
