Now come to the product optimum Nutrition is one of my favourite brand in supplements arena , the taste is awesome, just throw it in your shaker add three to four ice cubes and add 200 ml of water , i workout longer than before and my mind muscle connection improved so much I can feel each and every muscle which i am Targeting.
