Workout is necessary for gains, this fullfills your daily protein intake without extra calorie intake.
Even if you're taking 120g protein everyday without moving a leg you're not gonna gain anything except fat so a 30-30 min powerlifting/cardio is compulsory no matter how many calories you burn but powerlifting is 100 percent required for gains.

This is an average product. Nothing so super about it. I found the taste average, sorta tastes like complan (I was using QnT KKP before this and it tasted much better). The mixability is also average, sometimes there are a few lumps sometimes there are none. I didn't not faced any bloating or digestive issues. Also the scoop is highly inaccurate, per serving is 34 grams, the scoop size is 40+ grams. Considering it is Optimum Nutrition, this wasn't expected from the brand.
