The defective product should be brought to the company’s authorized distributor at the buyer’s cost along with the Original Invoice and Warranty Card.

Warranty is applicable, for the period of 12 months from the Date of Purchase, against genuine manufacturing defects only.

1) Normal wear & tear, 2) Damages and breakages caused by misuse / mishandling / tampering. 3) Damage to the Glass, Crown, Crystal, Battery, Strap and Bracelet. 4) Any Misuse, Abuse, Dirt during transit, 5) Any Tampering / Repairs done by the unauthorized person, 6) Plating damage due to exposure to chemical solvents, commercial cleaners, detergents, adhesives, cosmetics spray, excessive heat etc. 7) Plating damage arising from any misuse or abuse of the watch such as scratches, dents and any other physical damage. 8) Normal Plating wear-off on the bottom of metal strap. 9) Water entered due to heavy rain, swimming, bathing, diving and abnormal water activities. 10) Any consequential damage or loss arising on account of the aforesaid.
