Fabulous!
Haven't done a lab test but it seems to be one of the Best Honey, if not the best, I have consumed in my life, out of about 10 brands I have had in my life. I have consumed the brands like, nature's nectar, foodsbay, khari, dabur, vediko, apollo, etcetera and other not so popular ones who were claiming it is pure but I think they were not.
