Warranty validity is 2 years from the date of purchase on electromechanical parts and 1 year on PCBA and other electronic Components. 2) Ottomate international pvt ltd shall be liable to the maximum extent up to the price charged for the fan , and shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential damage. 3) The defective fan will be repaired within the warranty period , subject to the warranty being registered with the company and Customer being in possession of the original purchase invoice.

Warranty will become void if any damage to the Fan and it's components , in case the regulator is not bypassed at the time of installation. 3) Warranty will not be applicable incase Fan is opened , attempted repair by any one except our service centers. 4) The warranty does not cover acessories , external to the product. 5) Surface coating , Body asthetic Parts , plastic Parts , rubber/nylon parts , cord wire , push buttons and other non functional components will not be covered under warranty unless they have any manufacturing defects. 6) Warranty is not applicable on Electroplated finish.

Just okay

Superb fan. Remote control has 6 different modes and 12 different speed levels. This fan is bulky and it's built quality is robust. Some cost cutting is done by the company. Wire connector not provided. There is no screw in upper and lower cap. Remote batteries not provided. Overall satisfied. Go for this.

Purchased another fan for my 2nd bedroom.

EDIT: 2nd fan not working properly. Speed of the fan decreases automatically. I have registered a complaint but nobody came t...

Worth the money

The Ottomate bldc(energy saving) ceiling fan is awesome , This is Light weight fan and speed of fan is high on boost mode. The remote have many mode for control fan. But this fan is not anti dust.
I really recommend this fan, this is value for money product.

Don't waste your money

Please don't buy ottomate fan, their customer service is pathetic, i had purchased ottomate fan last month,within one month it stops working. I have complained several times but no any response given by them , it is better to buy other known brands like Atomberg , Crompton, Havells.

A:There is no guarantee or warranty for this. This fan has stopped working within a month of purchase and it does not run. But they don't give proper reasons and they don't take it back, so rather than.
