Warranty Validity Is 2 Years From The Date Of Purchase On Electromechanical Parts And 1 Year On Pcba And Other Electronic Components. 2) Ottomate International Pvt Ltd Shall Be Liable To The Maximum Extent Up To The Price Charged For The Fan , And Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Indirect Or Consequential Damage. 3) The Defective Fan Will Be Repaired Within The Warranty Period , Subject To The Warranty Being Registered With The Company And Customer Being In Possession Of The Original Purchase Invoice.

    Not Covered in Warranty
    • 1) Warranty shall not apply in case the damage to motor winding is due to power supply thru inverter/generator. 2) In the case of smart BLDC or Fan with PCBA , the regulator must be bypassed at the time of installation. Warranty will become void if any damage to the Fan and it's components , in case the regulator is not bypassed at the time of installation. 3) Warranty will not be applicable incase Fan is opened , attempted repair by any one except our service centers. 4) The warranty does not cover acessories , external to the product. 5) Surface coating , Body asthetic Parts , plastic Parts , rubber/nylon parts , cord wire , push buttons and other non functional components will not be covered under warranty unless they have any manufacturing defects. 6) Warranty is not applicable on Electroplated finish.
