Excellent book related to the health industry
The Outsider is an amazing and inspiring book. It is helpful to understand the current corporate scenario, hurdles and how to overcome these hurdles, especially in the Health Insurance Sector. How a non experienced person executes his plans to revert the ongoing downgrade trend of the company and takes it to new heights with his right intention and determination. Nowhere you will realize that this is his first book.
I would like to recommend everyone to read this book.

Excellent book

A wonderful book
This is a management book, written as a gripping story. While telling a very emotional story, also provokes us to rethink about many existing management rules. Story of Satykam as an outsider is a must read.
