TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAHAPLAYER OF THE MONTH

PRELIMINARY

1. By participating in “Mahaplayer of the Month” (“Contest”), the user (“You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by:

   1. these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and
   2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, SuperCoins terms and conditions, terms and conditions for Gift and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on www.flipkart.com (“Website”), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).

CONTEST DETAILS

1. The contest will commence at 00.00 hrs on 1st March, 2021 and will end at 11:59:00 pm on 31st March 2021(“Contest Period”).

2. To participate in the Contest You must do/ fulfill the following:

   1. Age must be 18 years or above, provided, however, individuals below 18 years but above 13 years may participate under parental/legal guardian supervision and consent;
   2. Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;

   4. All users who have played video game shows on Flipkart Video will be eligible in this contest

   5. All users who have won rewards in at least 3 episodes in a calendar day will be eligible to win additional rewards, opening 3 mystery boxes across three different episodes is a mandatory step for receiving the reward
   6. All users who have won 300 Supercoins by playing game shows on Flipkart Video in a calendar month will be eligible to win

3. Winners:
   Daily Quest: All participants who have won Supercoin rewards by playing at least 3 game shows on Flipkart Video within a calendar day (“Winner”) will be entitled to receive an additional prize (‘Prize”). Opening three different mystery boxes is a mandatory requirement for receiving the reward

Monthly Quest: All participants who have won 300 SuperCoins or more by playing game shows or winning daily quest challenge on Flipkart Video within a calendar month (“Winner”) will be entitled to receive prize (‘Prize”)

All rewards will be disbursed within 60 days of the contest ending, i.e. on or before 31st May 2021

1. Prizes shall be disbursed directly to the user’s account on or before 31st May 2021, prizes can be either of the below:

   • Products, as applicable

   • Super Coins

   • Daily Quest: Users will receive the exact number of Supercoins that they have won for that particular calendar day as a reward, maximum reward per user per calendar day is 6 Supercoins

   • Monthly Quest: All eligible winners to receive equal supercoins from a pot of 10L Supercoins

2. Users who have won products as rewards need to update their PAN Card information under the ‘My Profile’ section

3. The Participants may be required to provide personal information about them including but not limited to participants name, age, address, telephone number or mobile number and email address in order to register and participate in the Contest. The participants by providing the aforesaid personal information hereby agree that Flipkart by itself or through its third party service provider shall have the right to connect (via sms, email or call) with the participants and use such information for internal purposes and for the purpose of this Contest. All information submitted in connection with this Contest will be treated in accordance with this T&Cs and the Privacy Policy available at www.flipkart.com [https://www.flipkart.com/pages/privacypolicy?otracker=undefined\_footer\_navlinks][https_www.flipkart.com_pages_privacypolicy_otracker_undefined_footer_navlinks]. By participating, You agree and consent to the collection, usage, storage, transfer, sharing or otherwise processing of personal information or sensitive personal information provided by you in accordance with this T&C and the Privacy Policy.
4. Flipkart shall be free to decline participation if the said requirements are not satisfied.
5. You must ensure all information provided towards the entry in the Contest is accurate and complete. You agree that in the event You provide inaccurate and/or false information, Your participation and claim to the Prize shall be forfeited or will be passed on to another participant without any further communication to You. Flipkart shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
6. Employees (including their relatives) of Flipkart, contractors, and any other companies/ vendors associated with the Contest are not eligible for participating in this Contest.
7. Flipkart account ID holder shall be considered as the winner irrespective of participation.
8. Flipkart reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries to this Contest and Participants (including a Participant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Participant who violates these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process or is engaged in any fraudulent activity.
9. Mere participation does not entitle You to win the Contest or receive the Prize thereof.
10. Participants may be contacted by Flipkart for marketing and promotional purposes. You agree to participate in such promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Show (including any outcome).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This Program is valid only in India (Territory).
2. The Program is open only to the end users who are Indian citizens. Citizens and residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate in this Program.
3. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or encashed.
4. Flipkart has the right to substitute the Prize(s) with other prizes of equal value, as determined by Flipkart in its sole discretion.
5. Flipkart reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Program including the prize, at any time without any prior written notice.
6. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any participation is voluntary and the Program is being made purely on a best effort basis.
7. Flipkart, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Program.
8. Flipkart reserves the right to determine the winner and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Flipkart’s decision in this regard shall be final.
9. The Program shall be subject to force majeure events rendering Flipkart unable to extend the Program, for reasons beyond Flipkart’s control, and on occurrence of such an event, the Program may be completely or partially withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart.
10. Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Content.
11. Flipkart does not endorse the products sold on the Platform and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products, which shall be at the sole liability and responsibility of the brand/sellers.
12. The Program is being run on ‘AS-IS’ basis and subject to change without prior notice. By participating You agree that Flipkart shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Program
13. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
14. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
15. The Program shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
16. Any query regarding the Program will be entertained only till 31st July 2021. Post such date Flipkart will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
17. You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever

18. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

19. Disclaimer : In the event the Flipkart App is downloaded from Apple’s App Store, note that Apple’s App Store is only an app downloading platform and in no way, shape or form, Apple is responsible/involved for any contest/offer being run on the Flipkart App.
