  1. What are the benefits when I link my Flipkart and Marriott Bonvoy® accounts?

  1. Do I need to be a member of both Flipkart and Marriott Bonvoy to earn benefits?
    Yes, anyone with a valid Marriott Bonvoy account and a valid Flipkart account can participate by linking their accounts.

  1. How do I link my Flipkart and Marriott Bonvoy accounts?

Go on the Flipkart app -> Click on Category Navigation >Click on SuperCoin Zone Navigational icon under ‘Have you tried?’ tab -> Click on Flipkart – Marriott Bonvoy partnership banner -> Click on Link your Account -> Enter necessary details -> Click on Submit

  1. How many Marriott Bonvoy points do I earn on a qualifying transaction?

Linked Members will be able to earn 100 Marriott Bonvoy points on every Qualifying Flipkart Transaction of INR 1000 or more.

  1. Which hotels are participating as part of the Marriott Bonvoy hotels under the Program?

“Participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels” are properties that participate in Marriott Bonvoy as set forth in the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules, excluding Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.

  1. What qualifies as a Qualifying Flipkart Transactions under the Program?

Marriott Bonvoy® Points on Qualifying Flipkart Transactions: Linked Account Members will earn 100 Marriott Bonvoy® Points (“Points”) upon completion of a Qualifying Flipkart Transaction

Qualifying Flipkart Transactions” means any purchase on the Flipkart e-commerce platform via mobile order through the Flipkart mobile app or the Flipkart web site, with a minimum value of 1,000, made by a Linked Account Member, of eligible products, excluding purchases of:

    1. Flipkart Gift Cards; and
    2. Gold Coins/ Gold Bars/other precious metals
    3. Gift Voucher (E.g. Malabar Gift Vouchers sold on Flipkart)
    4. FK branded Carton & Packaging Boxes (Bought by sellers for Market Place)
    5. FK branded Packaging Security Bags (Bought by seller for Market Place)
    6. FK printed Cello Tapes & Tape Dispensers (Bought by seller for Market Place)
    7. Digital Products & digital vouchers
    8. Service listings
    9. Recharge & Bill Payments

A Linked Account Member may earn a maximum of 500 Marriott Bonvoy points per year, with the first year starting on the date of Member linking their accounts. However a Flipkart VIP member can earn a maximum of 1000 Marriott Bonvoy points per year, with the first year starting on the date of the Member linking their accounts.

Marriott Bonvoy points will be credited within 7 days after the return period is over for respective Qualifying Flipkart Transactions.

  1. Where can I see the Points I have earned through this Program?

Log in to your Marriott Bonvoy account on the Marriott Bonvoy App or at marriott.com/loyalty to see your Points balance and activity.

  1. Where can I see the Flipkart SuperCoins that I have earned through this Program?

Go on Flipkart app -> Click on SuperCoin Zone Navigational icon -> Click on SuperCoin Balance on top right corner -> You will be able to see the SuperCoin balance and activity

  1. I recently linked my Marriott Bonvoy and Flipkart accounts and made a Qualifying Flipkart Transaction, but I don’t see my Marriott Bonvoy Points. Why have they not been awarded?

Marriott Bonvoy points will be credited within 7 days after the return period is over for respective Qualifying Flipkart Transactions. Please contact Flipkart support for further clarification.

  1. How soon after my SuperCoins transfer request transaction will I see my Marriott Bonvoy Points to my Marriott Bonvoy account?

Once a linked customer completes a request for converting Flipkart SuperCoins to Marriott Bonvoy Points, it will take approximately 48 hours for Marriott Bonvoy points to reflect in the account

  1. How soon after my Points transfer request transaction will I see my Flipkart SuperCoins to my Flipkart account?

Once a linked customer completes a request for converting Marriott Bonvoy Points to Flipkart SuperCoins, it will take approximately 48 hours for Marriott Bonvoy points to reflect in the account

  1. Can a member retroactively receive Points if they are unable to link their accounts before making an Qualifying Flipkart Transaction on Flipkart?

No, Points will not be awarded retroactively. Accounts must be linked at the time of eligible purchase transactions.

  1. Do I have to visit (MI landing page) every visit to qualify to earn Points?

No. 48 hours after you’ve linked your accounts, you’ll automatically be eligible to earn Points under the Program

  1. Will my Marriott Bonvoy Points Expire?

If a Marriott Bonvoy Member’s account is inactive for twenty-four consecutive months, the Points in that account will expire. Members can remain active in Marriott Bonvoy by earning, redeeming, or purchasing Points at least once every twenty-four months.   1. Will my Flipkart SuperCoins expire?

  1. If I cannot remember my Flipkart account information, how can I look it up?
    You can login to your Flipkart account by entering the phone number and you can login with OTP.
  2. If I cannot remember my Marriott Bonvoy account number, how can I look it up?

  3. I previously linked my accounts but recently deleted my Flipkart or Marriott Bonvoy app. If I download it again, are my accounts still linked?

Yes, your accounts will still be linked. No further action is needed to relink.

  1. How do I transfer Marriott Bonvoy Points to Flipkart SuperCoins?

Go on the Flipkart app> Click on Category Navigation >Click on SuperCoin Zone Navigational icon under ‘Have you tried?’ tab -> Click on Flipkart – Marriott Bonvoy partnership banner ->Enter necessary details in the supercoin converter -> Click Submit

  1. How do I transfer Marriott Bonvoy Points to Flipkart SuperCoins?

Go on Flipkart app -> Click on SuperCoin Zone Navigational icon -> Click on Flipkart – Marriott Bonvoy partnership banner -> Enter necessary details -> Click Submit

  1. Is there a minimum and maximum number of points I can transfer in one transaction?

Members with linked accounts may transfer up to 3000 Marriott Bonvoy points in a single transaction and per day.

  1. Is there a minimum and maximum number of SuperCoins I can transfer in one transaction?

Members with linked accounts may transfer up to 30,000 Flipkart SuperCoins in a single transaction and up to 100,000 SuperCoins to Marriott Bonvoy Points per day.

23.What if I change my mind after completing the point transfer?

Once a request to transfer Marriott Bonvoy points to Flipkart SuperCoins is initiated, cancellations, changes, reissuances, and/or refunds of Marriott Bonvoy points are not allowed. Similarly once a request to transfer Flipkart SuperCoins to Marriott Bonvoy Points is initiated, cancellations, changes, reissuances, and/or refunds of SuperCoins are not allowed.

  1. I would like to unlink my Marriott Bonvoy and Flipkart accounts. How can I do this?

Customers who want to delink their accounts can do so, in 2 ways:

    • Approach 1: Reach out to Flipkart Customer Support from Help Centre in the Flipkart app
    • Approach 2: Email to grievance.officer@flipkart.com requesting for delinking Marriott & FK Accounts

It will take up to 48 hours to delink the accounts
