Your membership begins once the return window closes for your 10th order (for Silver) or 20th order (for Gold). You can check your exact membership dates on the My Account page in the top left corner below your membership status.
1.5 What is the cost of the Flipkart Plus membership?
Plus is a free, earned membership. There is no direct cost to join, but to qualify, you need at least 10 successful orders in the last 365 days. Once you meet this requirement, you can enjoy all Plus benefits at no extra charge!

Section 2: Tier and eligibility related questions
2.1 What is Plus Silver and Plus Gold?
Silver and Gold are the two tiers of the Plus program. Gold members get even better rewards and discounts!
Silver: After 10 successful orders in the past year (delivered and not returned orders only)
Gold: After 20 successful orders in the past year (delivered and not returned orders only)
2.2 I have completed the required number of orders, but my membership is not active. Why?
If you have completed minimum 10 successful orders in the last 365 days, but your membership is not active, check these:
- Return window open? Membership activates only after the return window closes
- Didn’t opt in? Click the activation link in the Plus Membership page

2.3 I am unable to avail any benefits. Why?
If you are unable to avail any benefits, you need to check the following things in the app:
- Less than 10 successful orders in the last 365 days? Check your order history (My Accounts → Orders).
- Zero SuperCoins? Earn Supercoins through cashback first ( My Accounts → Membership Page → SuperCoins balance)
2.4 I was a Plus member earlier, but I am not part of the new membership program? How do I avail the benefits of the program?
This could be because you are not meeting the new eligibility criteria of at least 10 completed orders in the last 365 days. You will be given a 45 days trial period to experience the new benefits You can activate your trial period through the joining link via Plus Zone. You can enjoy the benefits for 45 days from the date of trial activation.
The last date to opt in for the trial is 15th May’25
Important: If you don’t meet the new eligibility criteria by the end of the trial, your Plus membership will expire along with its benefits
Section 3: I have ‘SuperCoins’ related questions
3.1 What are SuperCoins? How do I use them?
SuperCoins are Flipkart's reward currency (1 Supercoin= Rs. 1 discount on Flipkart). You earn them as cashback when you shop and can use them later to get discounts on your next purchase.
3.2 How do I earn Supercoins with my Plus membership?
As a Plus member, you earn SuperCoins on every transaction:
- Silver members earn 1% Supercoins (up to 25) on every transaction
- Gold members earn 2% Supercoins (up to 25) on every transaction
SuperCoins are automatically credited to your account after a successful order—you don’t need to do anything extra!
3.3 How do I redeem/use Supercoins?
You can use your SuperCoins balance to get an extra 5% discount (up to 100) on any product on Flipkart, except on Minutes. You get an extra 2% discount (up to 100) on every transaction on Flipkart Minutes. This discount can be applied during checkout.
3.4 What is the value of a SuperCoin?
Each SuperCoin is worth ₹1 discount, when redeemed on Flipkart. You can use them for discounts on products or to claim rewards from the SuperCoins Zone.
3.5 How do I check my SuperCoins balance?
You can check your SuperCoin balance in the "My Account" section on Flipkart, under the SuperCoins tab.

3.6 I have SuperCoins balance, but I'm not able to use it. Why?
Please check if you are a Plus member. Supercoins discounts are available on all products only for Plus members. If you are still facing any issue, please contact customer support.

3.7 Can I use SuperCoins on Minutes and other apps outside of Flipkart?
Yes! You can use Supercoins on Flipkart Minutes (2%, up to 100) and Cleartrip.
SuperCoin value promise on other apps may vary.
3.8 Can I earn Supercoins without being a Flipkart Plus member?
Yes, but only on select orders and products. Plus members, however, earn SuperCoins on every order.
3.9 How many SuperCoins can I earn with my Plus membership?
As a Plus member, you can earn up to a maximum of 100 SuperCoins from all eligible orders you place within a single calendar month. This cap is tied to the month you make the purchase, not when the coins are credited. SuperCoins are credited to your account only after the return period for your order is over (RPO).
Example: For all orders you place in July, you can earn a total of 100 SuperCoins. These coins will appear in your account after their respective return periods end, which might be in July or August.
Section 4: I have Plus ‘instant bank’ discount related question
Please note that all terms and conditions of platform bank offer apply over and above these.
4.1 What is an instant bank discount and how is it different for Plus?
Flipkart partners with banks to offer instant discounts when you use the partner bank’s card. As a Plus member you get additional discounts on partner banks during Early Access Day of all major events.
4.2 Am I eligible for a Plus bank offer?
Yes! All Flipkart Plus members can avail additional bank discounts on Early Access Days of major sale events.
4.3 How much instant discount will I get from Plus bank offer?
Plus Silver: 12% instant discount up to offer limit
Plus Gold: 15% instant discount up to offer limit
This is higher than the base bank offer given to non Plus users.
4.4 Which sales have Plus bank offer?
The Plus instant bank offer is available during Early Access for select major sales, including Republic Day Sale, May Sale, Independence Day Sale, Big Billion Days, and Big Diwali Sale
4.5 How do I know if Plus bank offer is available for me?
The offer details are shown on the payments page. The discount will be automatically applied when you pay using the eligible bank card, up to a predefined limit.
4.6 How do I redeem Plus bank offer?
The discount is applied instantly during checkout—no separate redemption is required since this is not a cashback offer.
4.7 Are Plus bank offers only available on Early Access days of sale?
Yes, Plus instant bank offer is only valid on Early Access Day. You will be notified about Early Access prior to sale launch.
4.8 I am unable to get Plus bank offer? Why?
- Your bank may not be a partner for this offer
- You may have reached the offer limit
- Offer is only available on Early Access Day
- Your order value may not be meeting the eligibility criteria
- Some categories/products may not be eligible.

4.11 Do I need to link my bank card to my Flipkart account to get Plus bank offer?
No, you do not need to link your card. Just use an eligible card at checkout to get the discount

5.1 What is Early Access day, and how do I benefit from it?
Early Access day lets Plus members shop major sales one day before everyone else. This means you get the best prices and product availability before the rush!
5.2 When is the next Early Access day event?
Flipkart announces major sale events 2-3 weeks in advance via the app and notifications. Early Access day always falls one day before the official sale starts.
5.3 Is Early Access day only available for Plus members?
