  Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card is a credit card issued by Axis Bank in association with Flipkart Internet Pvt Ltd. This card can be used for all your purchases, both on and off Flipkart, and earn SuperCoins against every transaction which will get credited to your SuperCoin balance on the Flipkart App.

• How do I earn SuperCoins?

  Plus customers: 12 SuperCoins for every 100 Rs spent on Flipkart capped at 300 coins per transaction (in addition to the 4 SuperCoins currently issued by Flipkart, which are capped at 100 per transaction) – For any transaction of ₹2500 or more, you will earn a maximum of 400 SuperCoins

  Non-Plus customers: 6 SuperCoins for every 100 Rs spent on Flipkart capped at 150 coins per transaction (in addition to the 2 SuperCoins currently issued by Flipkart which are capped at 50 coins per transaction) – For any transaction of ₹2500 or more, you will earn a maximum of 200 SuperCoins

  One can view the total SuperCoins earned to date in the SuperCoin Balance in the SuperCoin Zone and the total additional SuperCoins earned to date in the card console for the Flipkart Axis bank Super Elite credit card.

• Do SuperCoins expire? What is the expiry time?

  SuperCoins will be valid for one year since credit into the SuperCoins account and will expire by the end of the month they were credited, For eg, SuperCoins credited on June 01, 2022, will expire on June 30, 2023.

  Please note that a joining/annual fee of Rs. 500 is applicable.

  Joining fee would be charged in the first month's statement of the Customer.

  The annual fee (applicable from the 2nd year onwards) would be waived off if you spend Rs. 2 lakh or more with the Card within an anniversary year.

• How can I check the SuperCoins earned for any purchase made using Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card?

  Total SuperCoins earned in the statement cycle will be visible in the monthly Credit card statement issued by Axis Bank. On the Flipkart app, you can visit My Accounts and click on the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card to view the total SuperCoins earned to date.

• Can I transfer the ownership of my Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card?

  No, the ownership of the credit card cannot be transferred.

• How will I get the PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the card?

• I want to know the CVV number on the Card?

  Once the physical Card is delivered to you, the CVV number is available behind your Card.

• When will I get the physical card?

  The physical Card will be delivered to your registered address with Axis Bank Ltd within 7 to 10 business days of application approval.

• How can I apply for a Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card? (Steps)

  • Open the Flipkart App
  • Reach CBC store page through any of the entry points like My accounts, L0, On Platform Banners, CRM communications, etc.
  • Click on Apply and continue with the application flow

• How can I track my application status?

  One can check the status of the card application from the Flipkart app.

  Axis Bank also shares communications through SMS and/or emails on milestones like card approval, underwriting reject, card dispatch, PIN dispatch, etc. It can also be tracked on the Axis Bank’s website- CC Tracker (axisbank.co.in).

  Once the card is delivered, the user can manage the card through the console within the Flipkart application. The console can be accessed through the My accounts section.

• What are the documents required for this credit card application?

  If you already have a Flipkart Axis Bank credit card, we regret to inform you that you cannot apply for the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card.

• Can I make part payments via SuperCoins?

  Yes, customers can make partial payments via SuperCoins while shopping on Flipkart and pay the remaining amount in cash. This can be done under various constructs like-

• SuperCoin Pay where customers can redeem their SuperCoins while shopping on Flipkart using a specific bank’s payment instrument

• Recharging and paying bills from the SuperCoin Zone

• Paying at offline and online merchants like Abhibus, Cafe Coffee Day, etc. from the SuperCoin Zone

  Please note that the Flipkart Axis bank Super Elite credit card’s bill payment cannot be done using SuperCoins.

• Can I use my entire SuperCoin balance for one transaction? For eg. Can I buy a flight ticket on Flipkart just using SuperCoins?

  Yes, customers can redeem their entire SuperCoin balance while booking flights on Flipkart Flights and Cleartrip. Customers can also pay their full order value via SuperCoins through the PhonePe app at 2 lac+ offline merchants.

• I did not get the correct Supercoins matching my spending. What should I do?

  SuperCoin is the first-of-its-kind rewards system that can be used to redeem exciting rewards. Post every billing cycle, you will receive the monthly credit card statement in which you can check the SuperCoins that you have earned for the statement cycle.   You should contact Axis bank customer support in situations that can only be resolved by the Axis bank such as losing your credit card, needing a replacement for the credit card, reporting any fraud transactions, queries related to the delivery of the credit card, you did not get SuperCoins matching your spending and so on.

  You should contact Flipkart customer support for situations such as problems in filling out the application form for the credit card, issues related to transactions on Flipkart, time frame for crediting the SuperCoins in your account, and so on.

• What happens if I use someone else's Super Elite credit card for making a purchase?

• For purchases on Flipkart:

  For Plus users, 4 SuperCoins (per 100 Rs spent) issued by Flipkart will be credited to your SuperCoin balance while the additional 12 SuperCoins (per 100 Rs spent) will be credited to the SuperCoin balance of the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit cardholder.

  For Non-Plus users, 2 SuperCoins (per 100 Rs spent) issued by Flipkart will be credited to your SuperCoin balance while the additional 6 SuperCoins (per 100 Rs spent) will be credited to the SuperCoin balance of the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit cardholder.

• For purchases outside Flipkart:

  All SuperCoins will be issued to the SuperCoin balance of the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit cardholder.
