Panasonic - Really???
Wake Up Panasonic!!!
The product or piece is faulty. 14 months after we purchased it - there was a gas leak. The reason stated was coil corrosion of the indoor unit. Repair cost 10k. Apparently the weather caused corrosion in the indoor unit - how then did the outdoor unit survive??
Last week the ac stopped working altogether. Now the circuit is gone - another 3k.
It's been a big nightmare after buying this ac. WATCH OUT!!!

Bad after sales service.
The product seems decent but I will not recommend it because of the poor after sales service offered by Panasonic India.The entire after sales operation is outsourced to 3rd parties with panasonic having very little control over them (as experienced first hand).
My 2 day old complaint for poor cooling/ low gas is still unattended despite contacting them (helpline & the local service partner) several times.
