It's a good product, bought after lots of research, confused between LG 6 in 1 and this one, finally bought this because of an extra smart feature. Got it at 40K on the last republic sale. The only discomfort was installation. It happens on time but their charges are on a higher side compared to the market. As they know we have to do installations with them to avail warranty in future.

I have installed this ac in my 110sqft bedroom, Cooling is superb at 24deg C. Low noise and auto save program. Connected this ac with wifi and operations through smartphone with their Mirale app is awesome. Easy to use functions. Flipkart delivery is too good in 1 days and the backend installation team is also good. The installation done in same day and the installation team is cool. Outdoor unit is still not making much noise and hopes it will remains same in future too. 4star for the build ...

Could be way better
Just don't buy it. I bought it in February and it is already twice it has stopped working. I wish I could return it. And anyone saying their service is good has very low expectations. Once it stops working forget that it will be repaired in a day or two. I strongly suggest don't buy it. Once you buy you are screwed. And even their app and remote is such you will think you bought a cheap product. Whereas you are buying one of the most expensive ac's.

A:Yes it comes with 10ft copper pipe. Anything extra is used that is chargeable. My advice is to get ready the water pipe as well as the 3 core 2.5 mm wire if required as they charged way too much
