Best buy for authentic taste of the original Panchatantra
Arthur Ryder's Panchatantra is by far the closest I could get to the original Sanskrit version of the Panchatantra stories. This is a second copy of the book I have owned as the first copy was worn by my reading since childhood.
Its a classic that I not only enjoy reading myself even today but a good read for children as well.

A MUST READ version of great Panchatantra!!
This is THE BEST version of Panchatantra that I had read when I was a teenager. Now I have bought it for my kids. It is the complete original Panchatantra, with verses translated from Sanskrit to English. The translation is excellent.

POOR QUALITY OF PRINT
The quality of paper used is inferior, it is more like a recycled paper.
Also, the font used is not as readable as the one used in Penguin books.
The quality of writing is good but would have been better on a better print.
