Q:Heard tht liqd fd color wil damage the cnsistncy and thicknss of whppng cream, allow it to be melty, we shld use gel food color.Gel fd clr will make the cream stiff ,dn't allw it to break.is it right?
A:Previously we have tried with liquid food colour, but after facing some issues we have shifted to gel food colour. So your observation is right.
