    These pads are proofs for why cheaper things mostly are bad. The XL pads are not suitable for heavy blood flow. And the adhesive or the glue or whatever they are using on the wings of these pads are worthless! They don't stick at all! Money went down the drain but now I can't even throw them out because I had trusted the ratings of this product and bought the huge pack!
