'Passing Clouds' and other tales is a collection of ten short stories pertaining to various genres. 'Passing Clouds' is a story of a joint family whose members had seen very happy days in their simple lives. However, after the death of the patriarch and the devolution of property and other assets, jealousy and hatred raise their ugly heads and together drive a wedge between certain members of the family. Very surprisingly, an obscure factor, tucked away in everyone's memory, suddenly comes to the fore and plays a centre-stage role in bringing together the warring parties towards a lasting reconciliation.
