Does the job
I'm little bit disappointed with this one. I like Patanjali products, but this didn't give me the result which I wanted. I tried 3 bottles until now, no significant increase in weight. Don't know why. I decided to stop using this.

Slightly disappointed
Please be very careful while consuming this product. I agree that, it had gained a little weight on me after use of 4 months. But in 5th month I also got fatty liver problem and gastric issues. I had stopped the use of milk and this powder immediately, after proper consultanting. Now I am in recovery stage. This powder mainly contains fat and sugar. You need to work out really hard, else it's not advisable to take. Natural gain of weight is always preferred.
