Description

Knives crafted by Paxmer are produced by an authentic Indian blacksmith. It includes stacking different kinds of carbon steel to create a robust, long-lasting blade with a sharp edge. The carbon steel is heated before being shaped using a hammer. "Forging" is the term for this. After cooling, the blade is ground to the proper form and thickness. The blade's cutting edge is added as a layer of high-carbon steel. This layer's greater hardness compared to the surrounding carbon steel aids in keeping the blade's edge. The necessary hardness and flexibility are then added to the blade through heat treatment. The blade is then polished to create a smooth surface and remove imperfections. A pakka wood handle is attached for smooth holding of the knife
