Fenugreek is an annual plant in the family Fabaceae, with leaves consisting of three small obovate to oblong leaflets. It is cultivated worldwide as a semiarid crop. Its seeds and leaves are common ingredients in dishes from the Indian subcontinent, and have been used as a culinary ingredient since ancient times. Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum, native to Southern Europe and Asia), is an annual herb with white flowers and hard, yellowish-brown and angular seeds. Fenugreek is called Methi in Hindi. Fenugreek leaves are used as vegetable across India. Fenugreek is primarily used as a culinary spice. It brings you the finest selection of methi seeds.
