Very Good
As a Physics teacher I recommend this for the student who aspire for getting into IIT's. This book works as a confidence booster. You just a need a good mentor who can help you to solve the book (whic is rare in our society!!) . This book is an upgraded version of class 8 book. You will find lots of old topics with some new ones.

I got the nineth edition of this series. It is something different from the seventh edition of this series such as heat chapter is involved in thermodynamic .It is a very nice book for the advance preparation of IIT-JEE.
