Absolutely amazing!! Applying it and then wearing a compression shorts from Reebok(available in Flipkart) did the trick for me. I used to have such bad chafing that it used to take weeks to heal, but not anymore. I am easily walking/running 5km without a trace of chafing anywhere. Trust me, you are going to love this.
