Edson Arantes do Nascimento is also known as Pele. He is a retired Brazilian footballer and has been regarded as the best football player of all time. He has won three FIFA World Cups, and was voted World Player of the Century in 1999 by the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS).
