Worthless
Working Fine but you will only get 3 liters of water though it is of 6 liters capacity. Customer Care of kent was also not able to help on this.

Absolute rubbish!
Worst installation service ever. Service agent installed the device in presence of maid without calling or offering a demo. When we tried operating it, water started leaking profusely from the connector. After repeated calls to the same service agent, he refused to come down. Raised issue with kent helpline hoping to get it resolved soon.
