A doctor by profession, Amisha discovered her creative side quite accidentally, when she wrote a poem for her daughterâs poetry competition at school (which won the first prize). Her poetry was an original and so was much appreciated by the school faculty, who motivated her to write more. Her sensitive nature, her love for word play and her ability to rhyme them meaningfully, helped her in writing poetry. Slowly her poetries got popular on social networking sites, and that is when she thought of compiling them into a book to share it with the poetry lovers worldwide. *amiâ¦ras* is the name of her creations. It has poems written in English and Hindi. Amisha also writes songs, composes the music and even sings them. She believes itâs never too late to pursue a dream. According to her, life is a gift that needs to be unwrapped completely and enjoyed.
