1- just the outer and inner layer like a wind cheater.
2- block of cloth below the collar on the backside is not perfectly sized. Slightly extra cloth is used there which makes ugli shape.
3- good for only summer and light winter.
My suggestion for company if they read it-
1- add a mid layer.
2- remove the block of cloth below the collar.
