Good product

I have replaced it with my 20W CFl bulb and got enough brighter light for my 13x12 size hall as i was expected. also i saw some people say that it is a good replacement of 35 or 40W cfl bulb but i don't think so because when i replace it i saw it's little bit much brighter than 20W CFl bulb)

Now i an waiting to see how much electricity bill really i saved.

Very bright, good replacement for any 40W Tubelights

This bulb is very bright and can brighten up small halls or bedrooms very well.

Good replacement for 40w Tube-lights (the different is very minimal.., rather unnoticeable),

Buy this if you wish to replace your regular tube-lights to energy efficient lighting, it wont make logical sense to buy this unless you use it for more than 4-5 hours a day!

Dont expect eb rate cuts as some have described

A Tubelight which runs close to 8 hrs a day will consume 8*40/1000 * 30 = 9.6 units a month. Multiplied by your eb slab rate will give you the amount paid per month. Even if you are in the top slab, you pay only 9.6x5 = 48Rs per month. I dont know how people save 100 rs per month by shifting to led.... The LED will consume 8*14/1000*30 = 3.36 units per month. Which is 16.8 Rs. So a shift from Old 40W tubelight to this led will save you 48-16 = 36 Rs per month. Nowadays there are 28w T5 tubeli...
