Product is working fine. Unlike my previous orders, the packing was not upto the mark. One of the bulb was let loose inside the box with its box open. And the laminated covering for the box was very minimalistic. The taping was also just one layered, which was absolutely easy to peel with just a light effort. Hence 3 star rating.

Must buy!
I bought 8 bulbs pack- all were in working condition. Very bright and I liked their quality. I have used a number of Philips products in the past and never got disappointed even once. A few years back one other Philips bulb stopped working, called Customer Care and those guys replaced the bulb at my home for free.
