A:u need to drill in wall and mounted with screw which come inside in box and use board switch as u use to on other electric appliances or normal bulb

A:No, it doesn't. it can be drilled on to a normal ceiling.if you have a plastic dummy provision, you can just screw it to the dummy as well since three light is very light weight.
