First time I received a used product so I had to return it. Flipkart refunded my money. So thank you flipkart. Next time I received a brand new one. It's good with various attachments and wireless features. Specially the shaving head is pretty awesome but I can't say this for epilating head. I have a Philips Steel head epilator also. So if I compare it steel head is better than ceramic in removing finest hairs in one go, with ceramic head you need to repeat same spot for several time. Steel...

Good choice
It's really good. Takes out tiny hair as well. This is my second philips epilator. First one worked great for 5 years. Just the curved head makes it a bit difficult to use on bony areas like hands and fingers. Other than that it's great.
