very nice design and look.

The product was faulty. I used it for 2 times and the 3rd time I used the trimmer it was not operational. And till them the return policy was expire and now it has been 3 months since I have been chasing philips and didn't get a replacement or a the repaired trimmer.

Cool Product, worth the price. Still need to see how durable it actually is.
Design is good but it could have been better. Like there is just one light for battery check and it doesn't tell you how much battery remains.
If there were 3, it could actually tells us like in MI trimmer.
Other than that everything okay

I have purchased the BT3221 on last Saturday (13/10/2018) by flipkart offer sale very good shopping experience from Flipkart the package also sealed & packed well, but after opened the package I was very much shocked to seeing the blade size of BT3221 is "Very Very SMALL", Compare to QT4011/15 Very much disappointed with this product and motor noise also high compare to QT4011/15; I Have also used QT4011/15 that too I have purchased from Flipkart only on 09th Jan 2018 very much Satisfied in Q...

Battery life is awesome but blade quality is not excellent just fine and good. Panasonic blade quality is excellent. these Philips trimmer bt3221 battery life is excellent u can use plug in or battery .

This is my first trimmer. it's really awesome 😍🔥 I charged only 1 time but I used more than 6 times. Good battery backup. it's really worth for ₹ 2K.
