Strange advice from Customer service
Pros: Small size, only pro is that you can put it away very neatly at your house, if you can master the long power cable.
Cons: When you switch it on, it wobbles
Less power, have to go very near to or even touch the dirt to actually suck it up

Good Suction Power
Pros: Good Suction, Long Cord, Useful Shoulder Strap, Easy removable covers.
