You have to take care of 2 things before use:
1. Please don't overload it with onions or whatever you plan to chop
2. Pull the string fastly. When you pull it slowly, nothing will happen. No single onion piece would be chopped ( because it happened to me??)
3. While washing the blade, be careful ? its so sharp
All other things are fine.
