PACKAGE DAMAGED & Nuts not provided
I have booked both Model 29 & 30 because there is a limit to book (not to book) more than 3 pieces, but both were same execept the invoice fixed. But most astonishingly i found the fixing nuts were not provided. To my shame I opened in-front of my customer and couldn't install right then.
Btw package was damaged but product is okay ( no issues with that).
But why two model numbers and same product and product number is not specified on the package of the item.
