I got Trimacare for my wife’s second pregnancy as a friend told us that it has benefited her pregnancy a lot. I have noticed that my wife experiences a lot less nausea & vomiting compared to the first pregnancy, and I think it’s because Trimacare is much more gentle than Iron Folate calcium tablets. Only 1 tablet is needed per day instead of many vitamin pills, making it very easy to eat.
