ABOUT THE AUTHOR:- Dr. Kuldip Kumar has done M.A in Political Science and Philosophy from Allahabad University. He has awarded M. Phil and PhD from Centre for American Studies, School of International Relations, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Post-Doctoral Fellow at ICSSR New Delhi. He has good command over national and international issues and actively engaged in national/international seminars and conferences and written articles on different issues. He participated in Indo-Pakistan Peace Caravan in 2008 which started from Sabarmati Ashram (Gujarat) and after passing through various States and cities culminated at the Wagha Border and one of the members of Free Palestine Movement and visited various countries like Palestine, Iran, Syria, Egypt etc in 2010 for international peace.
