the product is undoubtedly good when purchased from store. i ordered from Flipkart and received already used product with water mixed in it, which is highly disappointing. in the same shipment i received Himalaya facepack too and that too is used and fill with water. Since beauty products comes under no return policy, i would appreciate if you will look into this matter.
