Arjun Singh, a progressive employee in Impact India, his growth keeps causing excessive wounding to the interests and egos of some of his colleagues. Riya Arora, a subordinate to Arjun, needs growth, come hell or high water. In one of the in-person connect, Arjun calls her on the carpet severely. In an upsurge to retaliate, she turns to those envious of Arjun. They effectively measure her inner upheaval and instigate her to embark against Arjun the most intense onslaught. She then settles conclusively to allege him for sexual oppression. In an attempt to soothe Riya, management pushes Arjun down so much that only disregard, ostracism, and dejection remain for him at the workplace. When he fails to emerge, he ultimately opts for self-annihilation. His extinction leaves behind Smita, his widow, who does not lose the nerve and book Impact India under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Will Smita be able to make any headway in this battle? Will her desire and courage be won over by the system and tricky rules of the law? This is the story when PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Act, a tool for a sufferer, is used by an inveterate plotter as a weapon to persecute a guiltless man.
