Could be way better
Good product.Questionable durability though, the plastic frame broke within a month's use.

The very day I posted this review, the machine went faulty. I was using the treadmill at speed 6, suddenly the the speed spiked to a 12 without me touching any of the controls. Luckily I pulled the emergency stop on time to stop and prevent injury. I called up the costumer service but no mechanic has turned up since a week of called the cs. Really disappointed!

Classy product
I waited for 3 weeks before writing the review. The product is excellent. It has preset programs, and auto incline. However, for long life of the motor use it for 30 min at one go, it’s good for your joints too.
Do remember to raise a ticket for installation with PowerMax. The technician came the next day itself, installed it and gave the demo. He was courteous, quick and briefed on maintenance.
