Strong, Aromatic Decoction
This coffee makes uses a microfine permanent filter which lets you prepare fine South Indian decoction with minimum residue. This appliance keeps the decoction warm till the unit is switched off so you can serve hot, delectable coffee any time.
Flexible Capacity
This appliance lets you choose the filter depending upon the number of cups to be brewed. Use the smaller filter to prepare up to four cups of coffee and the bigger filter to prepare up to eight cups of coffee.
Rust Resistant
Made from high-grade stainless steel, the jar of this coffee maker is sturdy and rust resistant. The jar has a capacity of up to 500 ml which lets you prepare coffee with a maximum quantity of 450 ml and a minimum quantity of 250 ml.

Does the job well
The Preethi drop cafe maker is a great solution for those looking to make Filter coffee. The double-net mechanism ensures proper filtration. Coffee liquid is available in a matter of minutes.
The only thing I would say is different from my original expectation is that the unit does not appear as sturdy and durable as appears in the picture. "How to use this device" guide:
First of all for all indians, this machine helps make "South Indian Filter Coffee". You REQUIRE coffee powder (Details later), to use with this. Your "Instant coffee" powders will not work here!!

#ItsMyGuarantee #ItsMyReview After a lot of research I finally bought this product during the Freedom sale and I was not disappointed. It brews the decoction fast and the consistency is just as I want it. For 125 ml it brews within under a minute but for a larger quantity it may take longer as it begins to drip drop by drop after the initial amount. Still I am sure it if faster than a traditional steel filter. Overall I am quite happy with the product.

1. Its exceptionally good product
2. Dicotion is very strong and taking less powder
3. Taste and filter process is wonderful
4. Design is fantastic
5. Easy to use.... other coffee maker is not that easy to clean and use but preethi is simply WOW
6. max 10 mins for 250 ml
If you looking coffee maker its a giid ine with low price.

It's the best drip coffee maker in its' class. A very simple but fool proof process when compared to other products. The decoction is strong and residue free, unlike other coffee makers, whose decoction is inadequate(diluted regardless of the quantity of coffee powder you add) and always contain residues.

A:You can..but I wouldn't recommend it..cause you will end up with a thin tea without any flavor..brewing temperature and time for both are very different..

A:It works fine with all kinds of Coffee Grounds. If the powder is coarse ground, it's better you take smaller quantities of powder and water. It takes a little longer & won't overflow.

Q:What happens if we use milk?
A:They do not recommend milk. The inner tubes may get clogged and maybe difficult to clean, haven't tried using milk though.

A:Of course. This is used only for making the Coffee Decoction. Milk and sugar etc to be added only later. So, you may ceratanily do this.
